Customer column and row total

Hi.,

In the following report extract I want to change the column total to be the following:

(SUM(column) / (Count(Column)*4)

so for column "Microsoft Word" the total would be 1.16 and not 14

How do I create a customer total?

@pwoodspbi- pls explain the logic. thanks

Hello Manor_Nair

I'm trying to report an efficiency rating for various skills and employees. Each row is an employee and each column is a skill. They grade themsleves between 1 to 5. Then by applying the formular SUM({Column values)/(Count(Column values)*4) gives me this rating of each skill across the company. The same goes for the row if i apply a row total of SUM({Row values)/(Count(Row values)*4) then I get the efficiency rating of each employee.

If it were a spreadsheet for example and "Microsoft Word" was column G and the first row was row 4 then the formula in the cell G7 would be =Sum(G4:G6)/(Count(G4:G6)*4)
