    Hi Medmbchr,

     

    Have you made sure it's been added as an approved visual on your service server?

    If you have admin access then you can find this in the Admin Portal section of the settings and then 'Organizational Visuals' will allow you to add this is as an approved visuals. Alternatively you might need to go into tenant settings and ensure the enable custom visuals setting to allow this on there. If you don't have Admin access on your Server/Service then you'll need yo get an admin to enable this for you.

      Hi,

       

      I have local PBIRS installed on my work laptop to test PBI dashboards (PBIRS developer edition), I don't really know where to add my custom visuals, can you show me how?

      I did some digging and found out that I have to allow a certain pbivisuals site to be accessed etc, is that it?

       

      I really need help on this as this visual I am using is in almost all my pages.
