Hello,
I have a Map visual where bubble size = # Sales and legend = Product Number and location = Country
I want a custom tooltip that essentially just enlargens the pie chart on the map so you can see the labels and pie chart more clearly.
Main Visual: Map showing # Sales per Country and Product
Location: Campaigns[Country]
Legend: Campaigns[Product Number]
Bubble Size: # Sales =
I want the tooltip to be the pie chart I circled (all the products in Italy) instead of applying the filter to product and just showing 1 product at a time. I also tried just using # Sales as the tooltip value and that didnt work either. I essentially want the tooltip to apply the exact same filter context as each country bubble when you hover.
Thanks for any help!
Wondering if there was ever a resolution to this - I'm having a very similar issue.
Hi,
What is the direction of the relationship? I guess by making it bi-directional it should fix the issue.
But better you update your measure to bypass Campaigns[Product Number] context filter.
Thanks
Bhuvan
Thanks for the insight!
The relationship is one way, Campaigns ---> Sales.
Can you please give an example of how you would write the dax measure to bypass Campaigns[Product Number] context filter?

Thanks but it's not really a problem with the tooltip functionality itself. It's more of a question about how to get the dax measure to be the right filter context.
