Custom tool tip page for column headers

Hi, I have a table visual on a report page and wanted to create a custom tool tip page to show on mouse hover on the headers only

Tool tip page is appearing on the column values but on headers.

Can you please help me just show it on the headers and not on the column values. As i have a drill through option turned on for column values and its kind of annoying to have tooltip page up.
