Custom "tooltip" when user hovers over filter

Hello again.   How are you guys baking data lineage/data definitions into your user experience?   After spending time with my end users, I think it would be quite valuable to be able to customize...

      You can add a button next to the slicer and then add a tooltip to the button like in the example below:
