Custom VIsuals not working

I'm having a problem loading any custom visual in the latest version of power bi desktop. When i click the ellipses to load in a custom visual, it says the visual has been loaded but it never shows u...

    It looks like there is an https communication going on when you load most of the custom visuals to visuals.azureedge.net. I bypassed that in our corporate proxy and it started working.

How do you get to that dashboard?  Sorry this is all greek to me.

It depends on your subscription. You may not have permissions to access the dashboard. If you have an IT team who set this up it's probably best to go through them.

 

Our dashboard uses https://admin.zscalertwo.net but that may not be the same for you. There is at least one other url they use, but I don't know that one.

    I work for GE so you are probably correct on all fronts.  I may have to load offline then refresh the pbix and deal with the lack of ability to interact with those custome visuals while on line at work.
