Custom Usage Metrics

Is it possible to create a custom usage metric report that would display data across multiple capacities in one report?

I use multiple capacities and would like to have an over arching usage metric report that would give me information on report usage regardless of what capacity the report is sitting in.

This would allow me to gain an organisational view of all reports being used.

I would be looking to gain the metrics relating to report usage like views per day, views by user etc.
