Custom Table Visual
Hello,
Does such visual exist (see image below) ? How can I create it in Power BI?

If you're able to use custom visuals from the market place, I think this one will do what you need.

You can get reasonable close with the Martix, unless you want to change the Headers.
What about using Paginated Reports?

I use date as a quick example because it had good hierarchy relationship for your example. Year, YearMonth. Any combination can work and you would not necessary need a Hierarchy. You just need Column A to contain "Title", Column B to contain various "Headers". You could use Column C to contain various "Column Headings" or use the Measure value (per my date example). Drag these into the Column field on a Matrix and expand out all the levels.
