Custom Sort by Column Issues

I try to sort column from another column but it's not work.

How to fix it.

The empty cells in your ‘Concept 2’ and ‘Concept 2 Order’ columns are causing this error. Please either delete the rows with empty cells if possible, or enter appropriate values and then sort the data.

Hi, @lihnchin this is because of blank values..you need to remove them or create a separate table with unique fruits and their sort order + relationship to your original table.

As I mentioned it will not work with the empty, if there is no option to remove them , you need to create separate "sort table".

Im not sure that I do something wrong. Because I follow this link ....

so not sure that it's due to blank values.....and I replace with some value in empty cell but there still are the same error.

Due to hierarchy dimension, I cannot delete the empty cells. But I try to fill text/number in the empty cells as your recommend. Same error....
