Hi,
When unauthorized user ( not in the security group ) enters our Power BI Screen, we want a pop up message box with a custom message.
We tried and not succeed. Is there a way to do it?
Please assist.
BR,
Galia.
Hi @GaliaBahir ,
Do you mean that when users not in your security group view your report, you want to see a pop up message box with custom message?
As far as I know Power BI doesn't support us to do this. Each people who have access to your report, should at least have view permission to the report.
You can monitor your report usage in usage metrics report.

If you want to restrict the users who are not in your security group to access some data, you can try dynamic rls.
