Custom Column Error

I have a column called Area and I am creating a custom column called Region based on Area using IF Statement as follows:

 However, the output comes as follows:

Some of the A's get assigned and others are given others. I am not able to understand why this is happening. Any suggestions?

@Anonymous,

You have " A" (space A) versus "A" with no space.

Therefore your IF ( ) is evaluting as FALSE giving you "Others"
