Cumulative total of a measure

I would run a running total of a measure like in the last column on the right side.

Do you have any suggestion?

I am not sure how your semantic model looks like but please try something like below if it suits your requirement.

expected result measure: =
SUMX (
    FILTER ( ALL ( TableName[Year] ), TableName[Year] <= MAX ( TableName[Year] ) ),
    [Cumulated Hours 1st Year measure]
)
