Cross Table Format Help

I´m working on a report to construct a simple to read table like this:

Jan	Feb	Mar	Apr	May	Jun
2018 Real $120 $132 $145 $160 $176 $193
2019 Budget $150 $195 $254 $330 $428 $557
2019 Commercial Plan $120 $144 $173 $207 $249 $299
2019 Forecast $200 $230 $255 $296 $503 $503.45
Var vs. PY 67%	74%	76%	85%	187%	161%
Var vs. Budget 33%	18%	1%	-10%	18%	-10%
Var vs. Comm Plan 67%	60%	48%	43%	102%	69%

Last 3 rows are formulated on Forecast vs PY, Budget and Comm Plan.

On my Data Base i have columns as:

2018 RealNumeric
2019 BudgetNumeric
2019 Commercial PlanNumeric
2019 ForecastNumeric
Var vs. PYFormula
Var vs. BudgetFormula
Var vs. Comm PlanFormula
MonthsMonth Names

But i cant build this table . Can anyone help me to figure it out?

Best regards.
