Creation SQL request to have data of table ( filtres)

Hi all, 

I need to know if possible to propose some sql request to : 

Create new colonne for example or any other request to : 

Take juste value of Base_1 where Home = H1 Take all data of Base_2 Which are correspondaing on this table 

Means Student is key of table,  so Home=H1 will take all value Of S1/R2

the objectif is selecting the data based on Value of Base_1 of Home : 

if Home=H1 take all corresponding on Base_2 

if if Home=H2 take all corresponding on Base_2 

It's can be New coloumn with New_Column= select ... join base_1,base_1, ...Home=H1..
