Hi, I am using PowerBI to create some dashboards. I want to be able to share them to my teams so they can view the data and filter where required. I am the only one who needs to edit. What is the most efficient and cost effective way of doing this?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Assuming you have a Premium or Fabric capacity you would create an app, and then share the app link with your report users. That way they can consume the content without requiring a Pro license. (You as the report developer and workspace member would need a Pro license)
"dashboards" - do you actually mean dashboards, or do you mean reports? What type of Power BI capacity are you working with, shared, premium, PPU, Fabric?
Apologies if I haven't used the correct terminology, I have numerous tabs where I have collated various tables and information, created league tables and KPI's for our teams to review and use. Ideally I want to share this to all in a usuable format. They only need to view and not edit etc.
