Creating a table arranged in a specific order

Hi,

I have a source file with the following columns: Name, Department, Reward type. Reward type could be salary upgrade, promotion or conversion to FTE.

I want to create a table with the following headings to summarize the rewards based on department. The report will summarize the reward types in the following headings: Department, Promotion, Salary Uprade, Conversion to FTE. Other words, the table will have four columns.

Thank you.
