Creating a shared Header for columns

Hi,  

I would like to create a shared header (green highlighted) for columns A,B, C etc.

Member and Sponsor header will contain values with data type text and Performance will contain INT values. I have about +400k rows in the table and not sure if unpivot will help here. 

Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you!

@Rosh89 , if they can become measures of all columns, then you can create a calculation group and do some modifications to get this
