Creating a sequential column with a condition

Hi there!&nbsp;Im trying to add a column with numerical sequence but depending on the value of another column for example&nbsp;&nbsp;Period&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;| id_Person | Value | Sequential #Jan2016&nbsp; &nbsp; | Person 1&nbsp; &nbsp;| 123&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; |&nbsp; 1Feb2016&nbsp; &nbsp; | Person 1&nbsp; &nbsp;| 12&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;|&nbsp;&nbsp;2Mar2016&nbsp; &nbsp;| Person 1&nbsp; &nbsp;| 1243&nbsp; &nbsp; |&nbsp;&nbsp;3Apr2016&nbsp; &nbsp;| Person 1&nbsp; &nbsp;| 564&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; | 4Jun2017&nbsp; &nbsp; | Person&nbsp;2 &nbsp; | 29&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; |&nbsp; 1Jul2017&nbsp; &nbsp; | Person&nbsp;2 &nbsp; | 154&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;|&nbsp; 2Ags2017&nbsp; &nbsp;| Person&nbsp;2 &nbsp; | 1211&nbsp; &nbsp; |&nbsp;&nbsp;3&nbsp;So, the idea is to have a sequential depending on the person, the objective is to compare&nbsp;periods but i need to compare period 1 from person 1 with period 1 from person 2, and so on until period 3, since person 2 doesnt have period 4 (also there are multiple persons)&nbsp;Any ideas?&nbsp;thx in regards&nbsp;&nbsp;

GeraSanz11&nbsp;If your period column is of Date Type you can use following calculated column&nbsp;Sequential # =
RANKX (
    FILTER ( Table1, Table1[id_Person] = EARLIER ( Table1[id_Person] ) ),
    Table1[Period],
    ,
    ASC,
    DENSE
)&nbsp;
