Creating a measure filtering dataset in Table

I am trying to create a measure whereby I only select the values based on a certain category.

For example, I want to create a measure just totalling the PY Actuals so that I can use that measure in another measure say to find the difference between PY Actuals vs CY Actuals.

I'm a bit stuck on what measure to create here so any help would be appreciated.

You can use CALCULATE

[PY Actuals] = CALCULATE ( SUM ( Table[Total] ), Table[Category] = "PY Actuals" )
