Creating a line graph over time

Hi, quite new to Power BI so please be gentle,

I work at a school and am trying to use Power BI analyse some data - the data is taken from an Excel spreadsheet and has the following column headings

Name | Class | Minimum Expected Grade | Achievement Sept | Achievement Oct | Achievement Nov | Achievement Dec | Mock Grade

What I want to have is the Achievement and Mock Grades as points along the x axis, 9 down to 1 on the y axis (these are the max and min grades that can be attained for achievement) and then a set of lines which are linked to the student names running across so we can see any trends over time.

Is this even feasible - I can make lots of lovely graphs using the data but cannot for the life of me figure out how to make this line chart idea work.
