Creating a header

Hi all,

I would like to create a report with a header of the company I am working at. Since it is not prescribed before on how exactly it would look like, I would like to create my own basic one with maybe a gradient of two colours and a logo. But importing a picture and resizing it doesn't work. Please help.

Change the scaling and play with the size of the image.

I can only send a snapshoot. I can't resize it so it fits the header
