Creating a dynamic year using text box

Hello, 

I would like to ask for your help, i am trying to display a dynamic note in my dashboard that changes depending on the filters selected. However, it is not in order. How can I sort this by year (eg. 2018, 2019, 2020...etc) ? By the way I am using below technique in displaying the note. I am just using a text box for this.

Measure 4 = CONCATENATEX(DISTINCT('Date'[Year]), 'Date'[Year],",",'Date'[Year])

and use that in text box
