Hi all,
I'm trying to create a pivot table report with subgroups under a main group which Excel usually defaults to when you create a pivot table. I already created a hierarchy with the report to put the subgroup under the main group but I'm still not seeing any drill down options appear to make it happen. I'm not sure if there is another way to do it or if I'm doing something wrong. I pasted an example from Excel on what I'm talking about (censored for privacy concerns). Power BI defaults to tabular format when creating a table so I'm not sure how to get this alternative table format.
@amitchandak The drilldown feature is not there (see below) and neither is the stepped layout in the options. Is there something I need to enable or disable in order to make them appear?
@NCPowerBI , Not very clear , but you have an expand button to display data together
Or use stepped layout off
