Creating a Dashboard with data source which updates everyday?

Is it possible to create a Dashboard whose data source change every time?

Everyday/week/month, I have to update a database (Excel, Access) because a lot of new information are added, updated. But, I do not want to ETL, Model and create new Dashboard all the time.

I just want to update the database once and see results in previously created Dashboard by updating connection.
