Hi Everyone
I've tried using the basic Top N filter but it doesn't work the way I would like (probably because I'm not 100% certain I've done it right!)
What I want to do is create a top 10 and bottom 10 based on a % which is within a field -so my full criteria would look something like:
Fields: Locations, Recommendation (Extremely Likely to Extremely Unlikely), Review ID (for count of review filter)
Top 10 Locations= highest "Extremely Likely" %
Bottom 10 Locations = lowest "Extremely Likely" %
Filters = Where No of Reviews for Location >25
Currently, I am doing this in Excel using the RANK formula paired with a vlookup table looking at the MAX and MIN values (MAX minus 9 to give bottom 10 and MIN plus 9 to give top 10) which is then used to generate a stacked 100% bar graph
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I don't really know where to start with this despite watching some videos on how to use the Top N function which hasn't really explained how to set it up the way I would like
Thanks
Create both asc and desc rank. And then try to create a filter based on that.
