Hi
I have a column of days worked for employees and i want to group them into Timebands of less than 3 months, between 3 and 6 months and greater than 6 months.
I think i may need to create new measures but i am not sure of the formula needed.
any ideas?

Hi @jmcp ,
You can create measure using DAX below.
Range Judge = SWITCH(TRUE(),MAX(Table1[days])<=90,"less than 3 months", MAX(Table1[days])>90&&MAX(Table1[days])<=180,"between 3 and 6 months", MAX(Table1[days])>180,"greater than 6 months")
Best Regards,
Amy

Well, it depends on your data structure. In this (rare) case, you may need a calculated column or a conditional column from Power Query.
