If your model has sales table data and an order date you can achieve your result by using the sales sum and the date as shown below:
Ideally you should have a Date table in your model connecting to your sales table.
Within this Date table you can create a column to capture the beginning of the week using this code by @TomMartens https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/Week-commencing-in-DAX/td-p/241304
Then drag your SoW date and Sales Amount as shown in the image. The sales will sum by the date.
I have attached this example using the Northwind database for you to try.
