Create relationship dialog box

Has anyone else had a problem, recuring,  that the create relationship dialog box 'create' button is not visible,
or not present at all, if just not visible reduce scale, will work, but lately it's been the latter, I have had this problem several times, and just end up having to uninstall / reinsstall,
when i first used pbi, i could just drag and the relationship would form, so unless i needed to use
direction or something it was not a huge problem, but now whenever i try i have to go through the dialog,
so usualy end up just using power pivot but there are some things that just don't work in that,
just wondered if anyone else has had this probem?

This is unclear. It is normal to go through the dialog box when creating a relationship. After that, the relationship can be selected directly in Model view, and the relationship pane will appear.

so how do i create a relationship  if there is no 'create' button on the dialog box?  i know you can select it after creation, that was not the question

Hi @Dicken,

After navigating to Model view, Click on manage relationships. Then a dialogue box will be available, then click on new relation ship. Select appropriate table and columns names for which you want to create relationship and click on save option. It should save it.

Hi @Dicken

Try setting Windows scale to 100–125%, disabling hardware acceleration, and turning off all preview features which often fixes the missing Create button without needing a reinstall.
