Create relationship dialog box

Has anyone else had a problem, recuring,  that the create relationship dialog box 'create' button is not visible,  or not present at all, if just not visible reduce scale, will work, but lately it's...

Hi Dicken 

 

Try setting Windows scale to 100–125%, disabling hardware acceleration, and turning off all preview features which often fixes the missing Create button without needing a reinstall.
