Create relationship - circular dependency

I'm having trouble forming a new relationship. When I try to link the date table with the lab data power BI gives me this error. The dates are in the same format and the lab table is saved in excel.

@Jurga , Make sure the Data type of both is date. Also check if the join is not creating loop.

If date is calculated column, if should not be coming from Date table.

Can you share  a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
