Create new table and add month calendar

Hi,

I am trying to make the light blue line go from Jan-Dec (there is a dropdown from where you select a project and the full year budget is then showing). However, for this project there is only data for 6 months (Jan-Jun).

The line is a calculated column that that shows full year budget. However, since I only have data for 6 month ( I can't get the line to go to December.

I have created a new table Project Table = SUMMARIZE to get distinct list of projects. 

My question is now: Is there a way to add 12 months for every distinct project? I have 16 projects so number of rows should be (16x12)
