Create measure using slicer

Hi,

I am trying to create a measure using  slicer.If the slicer isn't selected it shows blank otherwise should show measure value.

Below works when I point to calculated column but i want it to use a measure instead - which doesn't work.

Measure2 = IF([Measure1] = "No", " ", VALUES(Table1[column]))

Need help!

New measure= if(isfiltered(table[col])=TRUE,[MEASURE1],BLANK())
