Create many measures automatically based on Excel file

Hello,

I am creating a calculation ("Projected savings") in PowerBI desktop that will require ~100  measures to compute. The calculation is currently in Excel. The calculation requires weighting together results from three years, adjusting for different populations and regions, projecting values forward for multiple years, and comparing to a benchmark (which is a function of the the input population). 

I want to avoid clicking one-by-one to add each measure. I'd prefer to write a bunch of measures in Excel or a text editor and then input. 

It sounds like there may not be an easy way to do this, based on this 2017 post: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/How-to-create-multiple-measure-simultaneously-at-one-go/m-p...

But perhaps there's a new workaround or feature to allow for this. Any ideas?

@hamachekm you can easily achieve this in Tabular Editor, check this link
