Hi everyone,
I have a need to create a simple hierarchy within a table. But the data is obtained from a SSAS connection and the usual New hierarchy option on right clicking an attribute is missing. Does any one know a workaround to create a hierarchy in this scenario ?

Do you means create customer hierarchy in SSAS source with live connection mode?
If so, current live mode not support this, you need to use import mode to instead or create hierarchy at AS side.

You can choose import mode at AS connector menu.
BTW, if you choose import mode, all measure will be analyzed as fixed values and the table relationship will be broken.
