Hi,
I would like create a defined subtotal for my Matrix visuals, but when I create any new measure, this can only be placed in the 'Values' section.
Below is an example of what I need. I want to show A, B and C in the Matrix table and the total, additionally, I want to show another total including the values in D but not displaying the row with D.
| Account | YTD | PY YTD | Comment |
| A | 10 | 20 | display |
| B | 20 | 15 | display |
| C | 50 | 40 | display |
| Total excl D | 80 | 75 | display |
| D | 10 | 10 | hide |
| Total all | 90 | 85 | display |
Thanks!

Hi Catman,
I believe that is a common challenge.
I believe you have two options.
Option 1: Use one of the following custom visual, where you can add the subtotal row in the custom visual itself, as a new calculation.
https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/power-bi-visuals/wa200000642?tab=overview
https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-in/product/power-bi-visuals/mscrm.d365_business_performance_plann...
Option 2: Create a skeleton for the rows in Power BI by entering the following rows in a new table.
You can then use this table to create a new measure that checks this context.
Personally i prefer the first option.
Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.
