Create dashboard from desktop version

How I can create Power BI dashboard from desktop version, like on web version? I see it's easy to create dashboard on web version (power BI service) but I cannot find this functionality on desktop version

@cuongle Desktop versions aren't for creating dashboards. They are only meant for reports designing. So there is no way creating dashboard in desktop version.
