Hi Experts,
I am working on the scenario that to create a table with account names and followed by few columns which could be a color conditional formatting (Red,Green & Amber) based on the data source logics.
Below the table :
After Account name column , i have to add Scope column with the below conditions.
if "Are there any changes between SOW Agreed Scope & Revised Scope?" is Yes and "Is the devaition between SOW Agreed scope and revised scope has major deviation?" is Yes --> Red
if "Is the CR raised?" is yes or No then keep it Red
if "Is the CR raised?" is yes and "Is the CR approved?" is No then keep it Red
if "Is the CR raised?" is yes and "Is the CR approved?" is yes then change it to Green
if "Are there any changes between SOW Agreed Scope & Revised Scope?" is Yes and "Is the devaition between SOW Agreed scope and revised scope has major deviation?" is No --> Amber
if "Is the CR raised?" is yes or No then keep it Red
if "Is the CR raised?" is yes and "Is the CR approved?" is No then keep it Amber
if "Is the CR raised?" is yes and "Is the CR approved?" is yes then change it to Green
All the above questions are already available in data source sharepoint list.
first of all i want to create a customized column of Scope with above logics by using color names and then by using conditional formatting i can change the color icons based on the color names in the column .
But i am not sure where to start and please help to achieve this asap 😞
Thanks
DK
Could you please provide some raw data in your tables (exclude sensitive data) or create some sample data? It would be helpful to find out the solution. You can refer the following links to share the required info:
