I'd like to create a scatter plot with a non-linear trend line. This is important for measuring points of diminishing return. This is out of the box in Tableau, but I'm not finding it Power BI. Is this a feature or something that has a custom visualization?

Out of the box Power BI only supports linear lines. You would have to look into Python or R visuals, or Deneb.
