Hello!
I have an assignment groups hierarchy that has 6 levels. The levels look something like this:
Now what I need is to have a slicer on Power BI with the hierarchy of the groups from level 3 to 5. I got close to it by having almost this exact table on power BI but I would get blank entries under every group possible, because there is a catch: The projects table that this should filter (and have a relationship with), can have projects assigned to ANY assignement group form ANY level.
How can I have a slicer with hierarchy from lvl 3 to 5 without blank entries and given the fact that the table that these groups filter can be connected to any level of the hierarchy?
Please ask if there is more information needed. Thanks in advance.

How does your source data (table) look like? is it same as the image above?
Please provide more details on the data and the expected results.

The source data can look like anything we want! 🙂
The source table of the groups information has a line for each group and it's parent, so we can organize it in several ways, so that's why that is not a problem. Our main problem right now is to organize it in such way that we can achieve the given final result (slicer with no blank entries for every level) in Power BI. You can also suggest ways for us to display our assignment groups data.
