Hi PijushRoy  thanks for your help

 

However i convert it to BASE 64 and i got a long long text but dont know what to do with the text in power BI to use it as SVG format ,

I tried to create a mesuare like TEST= " long text in BASE 64" and power BI just return the same text not the image of the SVG file
