Create a colum with groups based on a concatenated values colum

Good morning

I've on my database a colum with some values concatenated (the values represenet different skills a person has adquired, separated by " ; ") and I would like to create, maybe a colum, or any other solution to have that values/skills separated.

What I have:

What I wan:

BUT... the skills may appear grouped at as much groups as skills has.

Example: the secind row has: Agile and Big data, so it will appear at the agile group and at the big data group.

I will be using that new group colum on a selector visual object.

Anyways, the idea is that if i filter on my visual object by a group of skills, i would like to be able to show in an other visual  object the information wich belongs to that group.

Thanks for your help.
