Hi Anonymous ,

 

Check the formula below, If i misunderstand your meanings please let me know.

Column = CALCULATE(MAX('Table (2)'[value]),FILTER('Table (2)','Table'[BILL TO code]='Table (2)'[BILL TO code]))
