Create a Work Resource Visual

Hello, I am trying to create a visual that will show the weekly workload for staff resources across time for a planning tool.

This is the information I have below: Each staff member is assigned to a project size that requires a different level of hours per week of the project and projects are planned for the year.

Ultimately I want to create a visual with the week number on the x axis and the number of hours required on the y with the staff resource as the values like this

I am struggling to create a measure that will account for the variable time required for each project during the week it runs and then sum it up for the staff resource by the week. Any help or insights on how to do this would be greatly appreciated!
