Create a New Table with the Sum of the values of Different Columns of Different Table

Hi! I am new to PowerBi software and I would need some help for an issue.

I have 4 tables with different observations and values (x) divided by Country and Year as for instance:

2022	Belgium	3
2021	France	5
2021	Belgium	6
2021	Spain	5
2020	France	7
2019	France	8
2019	Belgium	9

Table 2		x
2022	France	6
2022	France	4
2022	Belgium	2
2021	France	7
2021	Belgium	3
2021	Spain	5
2020	France	2
2019	France	1
2019	Belgium	5

I want to calculate a sum of all these tables per year, so to get a timeline bar chart by year that will contain the sum of all these observations from 2022 from Table 1 and Table 2, for instance (get a 18 for 2022). I think that I need to create another table or use an append, because if I create a measure in one existing table with a formula by summing the data from different tables I got an error, presumably with the year, as PowerBi turns crazy by trying to sum data from another table and an exact year. In Excel it may be translated as a SUMIF.
