I use your help in ideas of how to create a measure to measure the number of hours in a month a person is at 100%
I have a table with the number of working hours in a month for each of the agents, and separated into three shifts
And I also have a list of Sharepoint where incidents are added during the month, such as>
-Vacation
-Disabilities
-Overtime
etc.
I make sure that month by month I add or subtract the number of hours available to calculate the availability of monthly hours.
There is already a table where there is an estimate of minutes it takes to solve each incident according to several pre-established categories.
I thank you in advance for the help.

If an agent asks for a leave it is subtracted from the number of hours available for the month, but if he did overtime they are added.
In turn, each agent takes Support tickets that are equivalent to a certain amount of time according to the type of client, and the result would be to take out of their available time of the month, and number of tickets taken, how much was the percentage of the time they spent working on these tickets.
I hope it has been the most explanatory
Thanks in advance
