Create Measure of available hours per month

Community

I use your help in ideas of how to create a measure to measure the number of hours in a month a person is at 100%

I have a table with the number of working hours in a month for each of the agents, and separated into three shifts

And I also have a list of Sharepoint where incidents are added during the month, such as>
-Vacation
-Disabilities
-Overtime
etc.

I make sure that month by month I add or subtract the number of hours available to calculate the availability of monthly hours.

There is already a table where there is an estimate of minutes it takes to solve each incident according to several pre-established categories.

I thank you in advance for the help.

Thank you and attach some sample data

The agents have an ordinary day and the idea is that through this list they add or subtract hours of the corresponding day

Event startEvent endAgent nameEvent typeTotal HoursNumber of days
5/16/20235/16/2023Agent 4Sick leave81
5/22/20235/26/2023Agent 14PTO15

5/18/20235/18/2023Agent 2PTO81

4/23/20234/23/2023Agent 10Overtime31

5/14/20235/14/2023Agent 4Overtime41
5/15/20235/15/2023Agent 4Overtime41
5/22/20235/22/2023Agent 5Overtime61
5/12/20235/12/2023Agent 11Overtime11
5/6/20235/6/2023Agent 11Overtime11
5/5/20235/5/2023Agent 11Overtime41
4/29/20234/29/2023Agent 11Overtime41
5/13/20235/13/2023Agent 1Overtime41
5/12/20235/12/2023Agent 1Overtime41
5/5/20235/5/2023Agent 1Overtime31
4/29/20234/29/2023Agent 1Overtime31
4/29/20234/29/2023Agent 14Overtime81
5/3/20235/3/2023Agent 11PTO81
5/4/20235/4/2023Agent 4PTO81
5/12/20235/12/2023Agent 4Overtime41
5/29/20235/29/2023Agent 10PTO81
5/29/20235/29/2023Agent 15PTO81

If an agent asks for a leave it is subtracted from the number of hours available for the month, but if he did overtime they are added.

In turn, each agent takes Support tickets that are equivalent to a certain amount of time according to the type of client, and the result would be to take out of their available time of the month, and number of tickets taken, how much was the percentage of the time they spent working on these tickets.

I hope it has been the most explanatory

Thanks in advance
