Create Hyperlink for File in a network folder-Not working

Hi All,

I am not able to create a hyperlink for a pdf file in the folder even though I have followed all the procedure correctly.

When I try to click the URL icon, power bi does not open the required File.

Please let me know if I am missing anything here. Please help me to solve it.

Hi @Amir851 ,

Based on my test, this is still a limitation in PowerBI Desktop, this feature can only work on PowerBI Service, we can publish the report to PowerBI Service, then open the url from PowerBI Service.
