Create Bar chart between value

i have data like this:

Name | Grade

A | 2

B | 2,5

C | 1

D | 3,5

E | 2,5

what should i do if i want the result like this:

Do you want to count the number of records based on group like, KPI 3-3.5, KPI 2.5-3, etc? If so, you should create an extra column in your data table so that we can group data depend on this new group.

    "KPI<2",
    IF (
        Table1[Grade] >= 2
            && Table1[Grade] < 2.5,
        "KPI 2-2.5",
        IF ( Table1[Grade] >= 2.5 && Table1[Grade] < 3, "KPI 2.5-3", "KPI 3-3.5" )
    )
)

In chart visual, add [Column1] as Axis, add Count of Name as Value.
