Counting problem

Hi Everyone, 

 

I have recently started to use PBI and DAX functions. 

 

I am struggling with the counting porblem. 

 

The data set that I have is below.

What I want to achieve in power BI is a table showing  the counts which is shown below. 

 

The numbers shown in column 3 ownwards should count only one instance if the same document number has been commented multiple times. Hope to hear some suggestions from the community on this problem.

You data is all scrunched together and very hard to read. But, it looks like you should unpivot your columns so that all of your categories are in a single column. Then this should be trivial.
