I'm trying to find a way to create a column using Power BI with DAX that does what =COUNTIFS($B$3:$B$12,B3) would do in Excel. I just want a count of values that are the same as the value in the current record.
Any Ideas?

You may use DAX below.
Column = COUNTROWS ( FILTER ( Table1, Table1[Value] = EARLIER ( Table1[Value] ) ) )
